Montaron is a small island at the centre of the Grado lagoon, near the mouth of the Natissa river.
The island has a millennia-long history and its agricultural calling has been valued for many decades: a piece of countryside encircled by water, away from traffic and noise.
Today, the island grows grapes, fruits, olives and vegetables.
For its position and conformation the island is chosen as a nesting site by many species of wild birds of the lagoon.
It is possible to organize exclusive events on the island, holding them in a setting of pastoral simplicity and tranquillity.
We are committed to preserving this beauty.
